The visit to Zoomarine and the dolphin encounter were magical BUT Headout were woeful! On booking the only time available is always 10.00 and you're warned you must be there 45 min prior or you miss it. This is nonsense as the park only opens at 10 and there are dolphin sessions throughout the day. Thankfully Zoomarine emailed our 13.00 time slot the day before. Trying to clarify with Headout is a frustratingly useless AI then eventually an agent who doesn't know but puts you on hold for 10 mins then cuts you off ! Whatsapp help is useless too as went unanswered trying to check something else earlier in the week.

The day at the park was wonderful! Super easy check in and entry in the park. My son had a blast watching the animals shows, especially the dolphins. They tell the story of the dolphin Sam and its descendant Sami that was born in June this year. We learned a lot about those mamals. The experience of touching one of them, petting, and being so close was priceless. For sure a day to remember!

Such value for money. So many things to do that I would recommend two days on the park Loved the dolphin show it was so emotional to see how much the dolphins loved their trainers

Zoomarine is a fantastic day out for all the family. The facilities, activities and rides are top class, staff are lovely, friendly, obliging and helpful. Our children participated in Dolphin emotions which was an amazing life experience for them and I would highly recommend it. Nothing to fault, everything to praise 😃. This was not our first visit and it will not be our last.
