Our two daughters took part in the Dolphin Experience. As parents, we were allowed to watch. The facility is spacious, beautifully designed, and well maintained. The trainers are extremely friendly and seem to have a very good relationship with the animals. There’s an introduction about how to interact with dolphins, with around 20 participants. The group was then split up, and 5 to 6 people went with one trainer to one dolphin. Once in the water with the dolphins, each group spent about 30 minutes with them, getting to touch the animals and do two special activities—such as being pulled through the water. These activities vary depending on the size of the participant and to keep things interesting for the dolphins. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Your experience begins with an educational session on bottlenose dolphins, covering their biology, ecology, and role as ambassadors for ocean conservation.

Upgrades

What to bring

Valid ID: Bring a valid ID or passport to confirm the participant’s age at check-in.

Swimwear: Wear your swimsuit under the aquatic equipment provided by Zoomarine.

Footwear: Bring your own flip-flops or sandals for use before and after the session.

What’s not allowed

Substance use: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot participate.

Loose items: Remove earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, glasses, hard contact lenses, hair accessories, cameras, and other loose objects before entering the water.

Make-up and hygiene: Make-up must be removed before the session. You must shower with the wetsuit on before entering the water.

Accessibility

Participation requirements: This experience is not suitable for guests whose physical or mental condition may limit their ability to understand instructions or perform the aquatic activities safely.

Pregnancy restriction: Pregnant guests cannot participate in the Dolphin Emotions experience.

Health conditions: Guests with hydrophobia, skin disorders, or conditions that may affect safety cannot participate.

Swimming ability: Premium and Exclusive participants must know how to swim and be in good physical shape.
