What to bring

What's not allowed

• Incompatible devices: You cannot use this plan on devices that do not support eSIM or are carrier locked.
• Profile transfer: You cannot scan or use the same eSIM profile on more than one device.
• Deletion: You should not delete the eSIM profile before your trip ends, as deleted eSIMs cannot be restored or replaced.

• Delivery method: Your eSIM QR code is delivered by email after purchase.
• Activation window: You must scan and start using the eSIM within 90 days of purchase.
• Single scan: The eSIM can only be scanned once on your device for activation.
• Profile retention: You should keep the eSIM on your device until your trip ends to avoid losing connectivity.
