This is the primary and only public entrance for visitors, located on the B1/B2 basement levels of Siam Paragon mall. Look for prominent 'SEA LIFE Bangkok' signage as you descend via escalators or elevators from any mall level. The entrance is fully accessible, with elevators and ramps suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Entry is through a ticketing and turnstile area, with staff available for assistance. Please note that corridors can become crowded during peak times, so allow extra time if you require step-free access.

It was a great experience today, but one of my companion had am emergency, so he was not able to come (a ticket has been wasted). It would be great if the online purchasers like us could also have ticket stubs to keep as souvenirs. Lastly, refundable tickets would be helpful. 🙏🥰
