It was simply so convenient to be picked up by a driver and handed the tickets right away. Since the mine gets very busy, I can only recommend this kind of tour. We didn't have to look for parking or wait forever in line to buy tickets. Our driver explained everything clearly, the guided tour was wonderful, and we could just relax on the way back since we didn't have to drive ourselves. Truly fantastic service. Thank you so much.

The salt mines have to be one of the best visitor attractions anywhere. A great half day spent exploring an underground wonder. One area which could be improved is the communication between us and the tour operator. We had one txt and 3 emails informing us of two different pick up locations and 3 different times. This was both confusing could somewhat stressful wondering if we would make the trip

Punctual, pleasant informative driver Przemek who stayed with us until we entered the mine. Again waiting for us when tour finished. A great day out, everything professional and went like clockwork. Also sent a photo and reg of our pick up van which made life simpler.

The experienced English tour guide was a delight and so knowledgeable. The tour itself was great from start to finish. Went very smoothly, the salt mine was beautiful and beyond expectation. I highly recommend this to everyone visiting krakow.

A mixed start, as our booking was delayed by 3 hours... apparently due to a lack of available French-speaking guides (we're not complaining, since another Frenchman had his visit to Auschwitz canceled even though he booked far in advance...). It was an interesting visit and an impressive site. There is another more interactive tour with a simulation of being a miner (supposedly very good, according to someone who did it the day before). No issues with the stairs (about 900 steps, and only going down) and the way back up is by elevator. Definitely worth doing.

The salt mine is extremely impressive and an absolute must-see. Large groups are guided through the tunnels on scheduled time slots, but thanks to the good organization, it really isn't much of an issue.

The guides and driver were amazing! It was a lot of stairs but only down so that makes it easier! We loved the history. Would loved to have had a salt taste at the end of the tour.

The organization was perfect, everything was on time. The tour was really cool... going down 135 m and seeing everything humankind has managed to build with its own hands is mind-blowing. Totally worth it!
