About VIENNA Lounge

Vienna Lounge is a modern, barrier-free lounge in Terminal 1 at Vienna International Airport. Located airside after security, it gives departing and transfer passengers a comfortable place to unwind before a flight, with an all-day food and drinks offering, showers, Wi-Fi, quiet seating, family-friendly spaces, and entertainment. It is particularly handy for travellers flying from gates C and D, as well as those using the shuttle to gates F and G.

Vienna Lounge Location

Terminal 1, level 2, airside after security and before passport control. The lounge is barrier-free.

From check-in

Complete check-in and security screening, then walk through the duty-free area. Turn right and follow the signs for “Vienna Lounge” in the direction of gates C, F, and G. Take the lift or stairs to level 2 to reach reception.

From security

After security, proceed through duty-free, turn right, and follow the Vienna Lounge signs to level 2. 

Gate access

The lounge is most convenient for passengers departing from gates C and D. Passengers flying from gates F and G can use the airport shuttle, but should leave enough time to return to their gate. The lounge can also be used by eligible Schengen, non-Schengen, and transfer passengers
