Pretty easy to use once you understand that you need to use the reference code to pick up your ticket at the ticket counter. My ticket indicated that I had 3 days to use it, but when I went to visit the Correr Museum, I was told my ticket was no longer valid! That it was only valid for 24 hours. Needs double-checking.

Headout allowed us entry on short notice which was appreciated due to limited time available to us. The palace was impressive

All good in general, the only downside is that from Punta Sabbioni to the Lido there are only four bike spaces!! I had to wait 45 minutes to take the ferry. Regards

I bought a 24 hour unlimited pass which was great. I got to see beautiful islands of Murano & Burano, as well as getting to whizz through the stunning Venice landmarks along the water. Would have been improved if I was supplied with a map of the different stops etc, but all in all a great experience and will use again!!

The daily or multi-day tickets are definitely worth it. You avoid the hassle of buying tickets; just waiting in line to board the vaporetto is enough. You don't have to worry about fares or tickets. Would gladly do it again.

Great. Easy to use, even at 4 a.m. There should be maps of the vaporetto routes available at the stations. Very helpful for us tourists.
