At first there were some issues, because the pass couldn't be added to the platform. Due to generous help, I was able to successfully add it and I could travel. And the journey is wonderful. I will definitely travel again to another country with trains.

I really appreciated the Eurail pass, which makes me feel like I can travel by train across European borders at a reasonable price! However, I find it difficult to reserve seats on high-speed trains. The service should be more flexible.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)

The Berlin Welcome card was very convinient. The weather was hot so walking everywhere was no option. With the card we did not have to worry. Nice that you can earn some of the money back by visiting a museum at a reduced price.

We had a great time in Berlin, and the Welcome Card made everything so much easier. The public transportation network is extensive and easy to use. It made visiting museums much easier, although we were disappointed that the Pergamon Museum was closed. We took advantage of the public transportation to explore the Botanical Garden—it was wonderful.

At the beginning it was not very easy to understand how to use it mainly for trains with supplements. But now I got it well and cross Europe with great pleasure. It was a good option.

Eurail pass excellent. App a bit quirky though as have to leave to book Eurostar seats and then manually add them. Overall good value, but streamlined app would be better.
