We visited as a family with our two children, who are huge Harry Potter fans, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we entered, the attention to detail was incredible. Walking through the Great Hall, Diagon Alley, Platform 9¾, and seeing the original props and costumes made us feel like we had stepped into the movies. Our kids were completely captivated throughout the visit, and there were plenty of interactive experiences to keep them engaged. As parents, we also enjoyed learning about the filmmaking process and the amount of craftsmanship that went into creating the films. The studios are well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Although it was busy, everything was managed efficiently. We spent around five hours there without realizing how quickly the time had passed. If your children are Harry Potter fans, this is an unforgettable experience and a must-visit when in London. We would highly recommend it to families and would happily visit again.

Die Organisation war sehr träge. Erstmals musste die Leiterin die Tickets noch holen, als wir bereits angekommen waren und wir mussten nochmals im Bus warten. Dann wurde jedes Ticket einzeln verteilt, was nochmals sicher 15 Minuten dauerte. Bei der Rückfahrt war der Bus nicht da, als wir abfahren sollte, weil es zuviel Verkehr hatte. Was besser laufen müsste: -Tickets müssten beim Unternehmen bereits vorhanden sein und bereits im Bus verteilt werden, damit man bei der Ankunft gerade los gehen kann -Bus müsste für die Rückfahrt da sein, egal ob er den ganzen Tag warten muss dort, aber dafür habe ich das Geld bezahlt, sonst hätte ich individuell anreisen können und hätte viel Geld gespart Alles in allem ein sehr träges System mit dem Bus und den Tickets.

Unser Guide hat die Studiotour mit so viel Herz und Leidenschaft erklärt, das es definitiv zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde. Sich für eine geführte Tour in kleiner Gruppe zu entscheiden war das Beste was wir machen konnten. Es gab so viele Hintergrundinformationen. Wir konnten danach weiter in den Studios bleiben und sind deshalb eine extra Runde gelaufen, um all das zu sehen, was wir bei der Tour übersprungen haben oder noch einmal sehen wollten. Super tolles Erlebnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Zugfahrt und die Begleitung war sehr positiv und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener und unvergesslicher Tag. Vielen Dank dafür.

We had a wonderful experience! We booked the Harry Potter Studio Tour with coach transfer from the British Museum, and everything was perfectly organized. The departure point was easy to find, the coach was comfortable and on time, and the whole trip was smooth and stress-free. The best part was that we were able to get tickets through Headout even though the official Warner Bros. Studio tickets had been sold out for over a month. It made our family trip to London complete. Highly recommended!

El transporte en autocar estuvo muy bien, porque la recogida y la vuelta, fue en el Hotel donde estábamos hospedados. En este sentido muy cómodo porque no nos tuvimos que desplazar en transporte público. La hora de quedar fueron las 10h, buena hora, porque no tuvimos que madrugar. Las 4h que nos dejaron para ver los estudios fueron suficientes pero un poco justas, dejaría 1h más, es lo único, pero por el resto genial.

Onze dochter was vandaag jarig 16 jaar. En dus naar London en Harry Potter. Openbaar vervoer is top geregeld. We zijn naar het verzamelpunt met de bus gegaan. Alles deden wij met de metro. In de bus was het jammer de schermen en oplaad punten deden het niet. Maar toen we terug gingen waren we te laat bij het verzamel punt. Geen bus meer naar onze bestemming. Mee in de bus andere bestemming. Prima daar nog wat leuke dingen gezien. Super leuke tijd in London gehad

Il tuor è ben fatto e strutturato in modo che si possa vedere tutto con calma e che sia tutto organizzato con le tempetistiche. Le istruzioni chiare e anche la professionalità delle persone che abbiamo incontrato dello staff ottima. Siamo soddisfatti e abbiamo vissuto una giornata stupenda!!

Great time! Bus driver was very pleasant and the tour was amazing. Highly recommend this for any Harry Potter fans in London who are looking for convenient transportation to the studio. Everyone at the studio was very friendly and knowledgable about the the Harry Potter universe.
