The atmosphere in the room was great being an old original council chamber. As always with Agatha Christie there was a twist in the tale. The only negative was the actor's microphones, it was hard to understand what they were saying at times. Definitely recommend the show.

The County Hall is worth seeing and impressive in itself. During the performance, you really feel like you're watching a trial. My 12-year-old daughter was also able to follow along and was thrilled. Very worthwhile, great actors. It was great!!!

The location most of all! The main character's cockney accent was a bit difficult to understand from where we were in the center gallery, but all in all a great experience !

    The Story

This play is an excellent adaptation of Agatha Christie’s masterpiece by the same name. Its beauty resides not just in the actual mystery, but in the remarkable courtroom setting, with all its formality and theatricality. The drama that ensues in the courtroom is brought out brilliantly by the talented cast of performers. With incredible sound design, realistic costumes, and smooth dialogue sequences, Witness for the Prosecution makes for a riveting watch.

The acting and the quality of the service was of a very high standard. Seats in the upper gallery are slightly uncomfortable but they provide a good view. Very satisfied.
