My girlfriend loved the romantic castles! After picking up the tickets at the office it was clear what to do. Great explaination! We traveled to the castles, parked the car exactly where we wanted. We visited both castles and really enjoyed the our experience! It is important to be at Neuschwanstein at time for your time slot. We were a bit late and had to rush up the stairs for our tour. other then that lots of reasons to visit both castles! its worth the money!

All three routes are highly recommended, there are frequent opportunities to hop off, detailed information from the audio guide, everything was great.

Last week

Picking up the tickets was quick and hassle-free. The friendly staff also gave us some great tips. What I wasn't a fan of was that the times on the booking screen weren't completely clear. It caused some confusion for us, but it didn't ruin the experience. Please make the general information much clearer at a glance. Ticket pickup and tour times should be listed right next to each other. Therefore, one star deducted.
