MRT-linked mall access

Directly connected to Taipei 101/World Trade Center MRT Station (Red Line), this entrance allows visitors to enter the mall via underground or ground-level walkways. The route is step-free and accessible, with clear signage and elevators/escalators to reach the 5th floor observatory entrance. 5F bservatory entrance

Located inside Taipei 101 Mall on the 5th floor, this is the only access point to the observatory itself. Here, visitors scan tickets or exchange vouchers, pass through security, and queue for the high-speed elevator. The entrance is accessible by elevator from all lower floors, and staff are available to assist guests with mobility needs.

Taipei 101 observatory delivers stunning views of Taipei and its surrounding landscapes. Ticketing and marshaling processes are clear, organized and efficient. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Displays on the 89th and 101st floors offer fun, whimsical and floral backgrounds to what could be plain walls and empty space - yet they do not distract from the scenic views. The cafe and gift shop are offer a nice variety drinks, treats and keepsakes to enhance the experience. Handicap accessible spaces. A must see and experience, especially on clear days and nights to see the lights of the building and city!! Great value for the experience!!
