I had to swap out my tickets at the Brightline station to stop at Fort Lauderdale and have my luggage go to Fort Lauderdale because I could not get it to book on your site

I rode Brightline the first time this Labor Day weekend round trip Orlando to Miami and I loved the experience. The train station is beautiful and huge. Since the trains are very smooth and very quiet, I was able to call my family for a quick call and they couldn't tell I wasn't at home. There are places to charge technology around the seats and tables. The leather seats are comfortable and spacious. Also, snacks are available for purchase and brought to your seat. The restrooms on the train and stations are very clean. Everything was perfect. I was even thinking of riding the train back and forth from Miami to Orlando just for the relaxing and peaceful ride. Great job Brightline. I will be going to Miami more often.😊

The service was very good! I felt like I was getting first class treatment. The ride was comfortable. The food was tasty. I got the cuban sandwich with chips and a glass of wine. It was very clean which I appreciated especially the restroom. The seats were comfortable. My bag was checked at the front of the station so I did not have to carry it on the train. I loved that. The Orlando station and the Miami Stations are nice and updated. The time of arrival was great also. Only a few stops and I was at my destination in no time at all. They unloaded the luggage and it was so smooth. I immediately saw my suitcase a very short wait.

This was the first time using BRIGHTLINE. It was great. I didn't have to worry about traffic and gas fill ups. The ride was smooth and enjoyable. It got us to Miami faster and I could enjoy the ride. Will definitely do this again.

Loved the comfort and ease of travel. Amenities in each of the train stations were great and the train personnel were very friendly. The only thing holding me back from 5-star was the WiFi. It was terrible.

This was my first time traveling with you on this route. I am a Texas resident and traveled to Florida specifically for business in Orlando and Miami. Booking the trip was very simple: once I finished my work in Orlando, I just went to the website, selected the route, date, cabin, and time, made the payment, and that was it. Then, I arrived at the terminal 10 minutes early, boarded the train, and found my cabin and seat. I sat down, plugged in my tablet and phone, and worked comfortably as the journey progressed. The trip felt short; it was a relaxed and comfortable ride. Excellent experience

Very good. But could improve by having a information service of how to get to car rental at the airport. But train personnel were great!

Brist på instruktioner, skyltning och personlig kundservice på stationerna, både vid avgång och ankomst. Tågresan var jättefin, men för en nybörjare som mig var det förvirrande att inte veta vart man skulle gå på centralstationen. Att avgång och ankomst sker på samma plats skapar kaos. Tack.
