Sharon, our tour guide from Bluegrotto Tours, was fantastic- friendly and informative, and always had time for questions. She really made the journey a pleasure. A couple of things to note. Firstly, the entry tickets to the Blue Grotto are not included, and are 19 Euros each. There is also and 'expected' 10 Euro tip per person to the person rowing the boat. You have to lie very low in the boat to enter, and expect your backside to get wet in the boat. The person rowing gave a good rendition of 'O Solo Mia', and took some good photos of us. Secondly, you are dropped off at Marina Piccola, and you have to make your way to the attractions on the Island using public transport or a taxi. There is no transfer provided. We got a bus to Capri and relaxed there- others in the group were more adventurous and travelled further afield by taxi- it is not recommended to return to the pickup at Marina Piccola from Anacapri due to the long queues for very small buses. So be prepared for the cost of a taxi. Capri is also VERY expensive, so be prepared. However, we really enjoyed the coastal boat trip and time for photos of caves. A really enjoyable day.

The captain of the boat was friendly, they were not on time on the dock but the experience was excellent.

Unfortunately we booked the tour with Capri , Anacapri visit all the transporation in the capri island included and visit to blue grotto. But we didn't get the same tour . We need ourselves to book the transportation in capri island and alternative tour option said in the itenary if blue grotto closed was not also fully provided like we were not taken the boat trip full round the ireland . We paid 125 euro and the boat tour we have taken were with the people who paid 75 euro . I rated as awesome since the alternative tour expirience were good but not worth it for as much we paid . So ideally request for 50 euro refund paying 75 euro as others has paid in the tour, atleast the transportation charge inside the island and the blue grotto entry charge need to be refunded.
