It's a wonderful opportunity to try new flavors while enjoying your visit. In the evening, the lights add a special charm to the park. The shows, entertainment, and attractions help create a delightful atmosphere for visitors of all ages. It's the perfect place to spend time with family, friends, or as a couple. The park is spacious, well laid out, and offers plenty of activities to keep you busy for hours without noticing the time fly by. The numerous photo spots also make it easy to take gorgeous pictures. We had such an amazing time at Ski Dubai! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and all the necessary gear was provided; the staff as well were very friendly and helpful. We had so much fun from start to finish, and the entire experience was truly memorable. Definitely worth visiting, and I would highly recommend it!

It's a large area and an interesting place. The Africa pavilion impressed us the most. We even bought some clothes there. There were so many bright and vibrant colors. Each pavilion also had its own show.

What to expect

Ski Dubai Snow Park

Play in real snow: Step into a winter wonderland filled with snow slides, tobogganing hills, and ice caves—all kept at -4°C.

Thrilling rides: Soar on the Chairlift, race down the Mountain Thriller, and roll inside the Giant Ball.

Cool experiences: Glide through tubing runs, bump on icy cars, or enjoy views from the top of the slope.

All gear included: Stay warm with a jacket, trousers, boots, socks, and free fleece gloves.

Global Village

Travel the world: Explore over 90 pavilions representing cultures, crafts, and cuisines from across the globe.

See live shows: Enjoy street performances, concerts, dance shows, and spectacular nightly entertainment.

Eat & shop: Taste flavors from around the world and pick up unique souvenirs and handmade treasures.

Flexible entry: Visit any day after your selected date, perfect for relaxed plans.

What’s not allowed

Ski Dubai Snow Park

For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

Phones and cameras are not allowed into the penguin encounter area.

Global Village

The public display of affection is not allowed and indecent behavior (for example kissing and hugging) is strictly forbidden.

Wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the Park unless they are rented at the Park.

Note that the following are not allowed in this experience: animals/pets, smoking, food, and beverages, travel luggage/suitcases.

Accessibility

Ski Dubai Snow Park

Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

Skiers/snowboarders under Intermediate Level 2 won't be allowed on the slopes.

Global Village

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

Ski Dubai Snow Park

For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope won't be allowed.

Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.

Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.

Global Village

Facilities: Smart pharmacy, mother’s room, prayer room, clinic, guest care centre, portable charging points.

Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the Global Village.

This ticket is only an admission ticket. Shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows held within Global Village Dubai are not included in this ticket and will be at your own cost.

Entry tickets to the Park are only valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 to May 10, 2026, or such other designated season dates as circumstances require.

Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays).

Some Public Holidays (as announced by the UAE Government) are also declared as family days at Global Village, and you are advised to check the Global Village social media channels, the Website, and the App for further information and various updates available at that time.

Respectful attire that covers your torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn by guests at all times.

For safety reasons, children must wear safety wristbands provided by Global Village at the Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.

Smoking is only allowed at officially designated smoking areas within the Park.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
