Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early at the meeting point: outside on the sidewalk at 5847 Falls Ave, next to Hard Rock Café by the Niagara Falls Ave entrance. Do not go inside the casino or to the boat directly, as the tour does not start at those locations.

The boat cruise operates from May to October; during November to April, the Journey Behind the Falls experience is substituted.

The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is conducted in English, with a maximum group size of 20 guests.
