The prices were the lowest we found, and very easy process. The Real Alcazar palace was great, but the Sevilla cathedral was very impressive. Although our tickets mentioned 'skip the line' we were told it was all the same line, thankfully they were not very long 😉. We did not pay for a guided tour, got most of our information online.

The place is amazing, very well-maintained and clean. The area is huge, but they provide maps, and there are even more maps scattered throughout the entire area. There are security guards inside the grounds as well, along with surveillance cameras. Everything there is great. There’s just one exception, which in my opinion fell short: the coffee shop is located in a great setting, but the level of service and the food served don’t justify the high prices. It’s a shame, because it could easily earn 5 stars.

A wonderful experience—everything was amazing. The Alcázar was enchanting, with its gardens, plants, and fountains. The cathedral was impressive, with its frescoes and sculptures. I have just one complaint about the ticket clerk and your office: in my first email, you sent me the wrong tickets—they belonged to two Germans who visited the Pantheon and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore on April 7, 2026—and unfortunately, I had some trouble at the entrance because the staff member hadn’t noticed either; then, in subsequent emails, I received the correct ones

The cathedral is a sight to behold. So is the view from the Giralda. It’s worth climbing all 35 flights of stairs. The tour of the Alcázar was wonderful. All these places are truly worth visiting.
