Discover Korea’s DMZ on a half-day tour through historic border sites, underground tunnels, scenic viewpoints, and the JSA Photo Zone.
Getting started
Meet your professional English-speaking guide at your selected meeting point at Myeongdong Station, City Hall Station, or Hongik Univ. Station. Settle into the air-conditioned vehicle and leave Seoul behind as you travel toward the Korean Demilitarised Zone.
What to expect
Begin at Imjingak, a symbolic site connected to Korea’s division and hopes for reunification. Continue to Freedom Bridge, a historic landmark near the DMZ.
Cross the Civilian Control Zone aboard the DMZ Peace Gondola. The ride offers views of the surrounding landscape and restricted border area.
Step into the newly opened JSA Photo Zone for photos inspired by the Joint Security Area and its distinctive blue conference buildings.
Head underground into the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, secretly built by North Korea and discovered by South Korea in 1978. Learn about its history and significance from your guide.
At Dora Observatory, look across the DMZ toward North Korea from one of the closest accessible viewpoints. Visibility depends on weather and conditions.
Pass by Unification Village before beginning your journey back to Seoul. Along the way, your guide provides context about the Korean War, the division of Korea, and life around the DMZ.
What to bring
All guests must bring a valid passport, military ID or ARC for entry.
