We got there by bus easily. The stop is at the church. We walked in and a worker told us where to line up and when . We arrive 45 min early walked around outside took pictures. got in 15 minutes early when we asked . We downloaded their app to get the tickets and had audio guide ready to go . It was beautiful and the museum downstairs is a must . I think this is much better than getting a real guide who only takes you to certain places and then you leave . We did a thorough job in 3 hrs . I would have got the tower tickets in hindsight.

Absolutely breathtaking! Visiting the Sagrada Família at 6:30 p.m. was magical. The late-afternoon sunlight streamed through the stained-glass windows, filling the interior with incredible reds, oranges, and golden light. With the organ playing beneath Gaudí’s spectacular architecture, the atmosphere was truly unforgettable. A peaceful, awe-inspiring experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. Absolutely worth visiting around this time!

The audio-guided tour is even more beautiful than people say and than it looks in photos. My only recommendation is that the last admission should be half an hour or an hour before 7:30 a.m., so you can take a complete and thorough tour. In my case, I bought the 7:30 ticket, and by 8:30 they started ushering people out, so I wasn’t able to finish it. I wanted to go into the crypt but didn’t have time.

I was desasperate to find "last minute" two tickets for the tour inside the Sagrada Familia. Thanks to headout, i got the tickets. Communication with the after sales was perfect (I had a question about the audioguide tour). Everything happened wel, as told. The church is magnificent; thanks to our pre-booked tickets, we were able to get in without queuing. However, everyone should bring their own headphones for the guided tour. The process of using the guided tour app and verifying our email addresses didn’t go smoothly, but the staff there were very helpful.

The Basilica tour was a man-made wonder to see and experience, spending about two hours to take it all in. However, the ticketing process through Headout did not have the information required to access the audio guide with a purchased ticket, so needed help from the Basilica staff onsite to access the audio guide, which is essential for a fulfilling tour of this attraction!

I loved everything—from the staff’s welcome to the help with the AudioGuide app in my native language, which was very convenient. It’s impossible to describe my excitement—such an interesting tour! The opportunity to see, feel, and understand the grandeur of the great master’s work. A museum with such interesting explanations and fascinating exhibits. No one rushed us to end the tour. There was plenty of time to examine every corner of the cathedral in detail. We even had the chance to pray in a cozy little prayer nook. 100% satisfaction0%

The Sagrada Familia is a one-of-a-kind monument!!! The architecture is sublime; everything is symbolic—nothing is left to chance! The organization at the entrance is very well-run, and everything flows smoothly. We had a problem downloading the audio guides, but someone came over to check if everything was okay and resolved the issue with kindness and patience. A great experience!!
