The Guide, Mahmoud, was absolutely fantastic and his knowledge of Egyptian history was impressive. Plus, he has a great eye for photography! He knew all the best spots and perspective tricks to make it look like I was holding up the pyramids or touching the Sphinx 😁. Regarding the Logistics, the driver arrived right on time at my hotel, was very kind and navigated the bustling Cairo traffic like a pro, making the ride comfortable and stress-free. The vehicle was clean and air-conditioned, which was a blessing. The included lunch, Kushari, was tasty and a nice break in the middle of the day. Ps: Saqqara’s step pyramid is a must-see, and Memphis gives you a great sense of the ancient capital eventhought I fell like there could have been much to see there. This is absolutely a good tour to book !

We decided to take this tour with a private guide so we could add a couple of extra stops. Our local guide, Manal, got in touch the day before to confirm everything (the time and meeting place). She was punctual and well-prepared to lead our group on a tour of the sites we’d chosen. She was friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had.
