Very friendly staff, quick registration and excellently organized visit. The group is not large, so you have space for taking pictures and filming. Maybe only when taking penalties under the north stand and behind the goal, someone from the staff should be there so that someone does not take 5 penalties/kicks each and that creates a crowd.

Everything went exactly as described. I received the tickets right away, we got through security immediately (including a quick bag check), and our visit to the stadium was perfect! The tour itinerary is clearly laid out; it’s no problem for German-speaking tourists, and the stadium itself is impressive. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Luckily we were able to do the tour. It was raining and there was a crowd waiting for the tour. A rep for the stadium told us that the last tour set time was cancelled. The entire crowd was not notified of this. Therefore those who were able to show proof of their tickets were let in and se the stadium.

Very enjoyable from start to finish. Great access to all the highlights, pitch side, changing room, to see the gym equipment and being able to kick the ball pitch side.
