We were an hour late for the tour, but the guide was so kind and reassuring. He contacted me by whatsupp app and wrote that there was another tour group starting later and that we could join them. Unfortunately, because of the Waze app, we were delayed by another 30 minutes. Our guide, Amanda, stayed in touch with us and waited very patiently. When we finally arrived, she welcomed us with a big smile. We really enjoyed the tour! We received clear and interesting explanations, as well as great recommendations from the lovely Samantha. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Incredible place: picturesque, magical, fairy-tale-like. A must-see for anyone going to Croatia. A guided tour is necessary to see the best spots of a huge park. We were very lucky because our guide Bethsi was super professional, attentive to all participants, kind, available for photos and questions, and highly proficient in 4 languages. The park is equipped with restrooms and bars/restaurants, but there are no options, especially for those with special dietary needs (gluten or lactose intolerances). We will carry this experience in our hearts forever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Pitlovce lakes. We were lucky to walk with a mild 22 degrees, a little sun and no rain. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the walking speed was fine for the group, though we could have gone faster. Having a guide was worth it to see the best spots. The only point for improvement is leaving on time. This was due to other members of the group and not the guide.

The trip was wonderful. The picturesque scenery, the sound of the waterfalls, and the crystal-clear water made those 3.5 hours fly by. Our guide, Christian, was very helpful, shared a lot of information about the park, and was happy to answer any questions. Since we went at the end of the season and the park had capped visitor numbers, it wasn't very crowded. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves walking in nature.
