We were permitted to enter a few minutes early which helped us with our ticket entry time for the Louvre. We waited in line with our tickets for about 20 minutes which was reasonable considering the number of visitors. The stained glass windows were breathtakingly beautiful. There was some renovation going on but the mirrors placed to hide the area worked very well. In my opinion, Saint Chappelle has the most beautiful interior of any church in the world.

Buying your ticket in advance is a definite plus for your visit. I suggest the website flag non-EU documents to improve the experience. I didn’t realize this and proceeded with the cheaper option; when I arrived, I had to pay the difference, which caused a delay. If the website flagged this as an error at the time, it could be corrected, and I could arrive with the correct ticket.

I realize I was too quick to give such a high rating! I praised the speed of the booking process, but I made a mistake with the date myself; however, I tried to follow the booking rules and change the date (I purchased the ticket on April 26 at 1:43 p.m., but entered the date as April 26 at 12:00 p.m.!!! Obviously, I physically couldn’t use the ticket! My mistake, my carelessness!) According to the stated booking rules, I should be able to reschedule to another date, but it turned out I couldn’t! It’s a real shame that you say one thing, but the reality turns out to be something else! I have no desire to use your services again, especially after the promised 20% refund. I am dissatisfied with the service.

Sainte-Chapelle
