The check-in process was very easy. There was a guide at the entrance who helped direct us where to go, and the signs were clear and easy to follow. Once inside, we were provided with headsets for the audio tour, which was one of my favorite parts of the experience. The headset used location services to automatically recognize where we were along the catacombs and provide information about each site as we passed it, so there was no need to manually enter anything. Overall, it was a great tour and a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely book with Headout again!

I've done it a few times and always recommend to people visiting Paris. It's truly a unique experience you can't get anywhere else. I typically order direct from catacombs and it's a bit pricier than booking seperatly but the catacombs were already full for the day so this was the best option. Tickets super easy to download and no issues getting in so I'd recommend it for people who need another option.

Well, it was a bit of a challenge at first as our tickets did not have the QR code, but it took one simple phone call to the third-party provider on our receipt to have them sent via WhatsApp and via email to us right away. We got into the event and are glad we made the choice to do so. It was very interesting and educational both for my daughter and myself.

We encourage anyone to take this subterranean tour provided it does not worry you to be deep down under the level of the city's sewers and metro tunnels. It feels like going to a different world and era. It's unimaginable to realize so many humans were exhumed from their graves and so methodically stacked within the miles of tunnels.

I loved the Catacombs. It was just as much of a must-see as the Eiffel Tower for my first trip to Europe and, inevitably, to Paris! I was very intrigued by it. I took the tour with the audio guide, which taught me a lot, and the music at times made the experience fascinating. Highly recommend!

We arrived early because we didn't know how long it would take. The tieket taker was very attentive to timed entries, making us and several others wait. We went across the street and enjoyed a snack. At the correct time we got right in. The audioguide worked well and the information provided was very interesting. The overall experoemce stirred up several disturbing emotions - much to think about. My husband, however, found it "creepy."
