The tour guide, Alexandra (aka Alex) was great. She was very informed and shared information on the Eiffel Tour in a fun, exciting way. The only thing I'd say is maybe if she knew we had the "combo ticket" and could have instructed us what to do next? I looked at my email and did find that we just show up at the Arc de Triomphe but we were a bit confused. The other thing is the (5) tickets were not in my husbands email so we had to contact Headout and have them resend....this held us up and caused confusion as well. That would be all. If I had to do this again, I think I would either do the Eiffel Tour OR the Arc but not both.

Booking process and mobile tickets made it easy. Using your site to reserve tickets was great. No way we would have timed their weekly ticket release and it sells out fast. The experience itself: self tour with headset was simply an amazing unforgettable experience. To honour the past is to preserve our future. Definitely a must see (an hear) for anyone going to Paris.

I didn't know what to expect but wow, Headout tours is a great alternative to other tour sites. It stands out from beginning to finish. My daughter and I went on the Paris catacombs tour and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Headout again. Super easy, and I usually have some trouble with technical things. Headout is easy, accurate and fun.

I was so blessed to see and live this extraordinary experience. It was a place to realise how ephemeral live is, I have been in Paris many times before, but this is the first time I have the privilege to be inside the Catacombs. I highly recommend

I don't really know how to describe the Catacombs experience except to say it was unbelievable and incredible, in the most positive way. Awe inspiring, yet solemn. A must do attraction.

Last week
The tickets were easy to book. Our plans changed during the day, and the staff allowed us to enter before our timed entry. The audio guide was outstanding - headsets were available in multiple languages, and the program advanced automatically - we didn't have to stop and re-start the program. The catacombs themselves were incredible the amount of effort it took to relocate the bones is staggering. And I'm very happy about the recommendation to bring a light jacket or pullover - it was very chilly that far below ground.
