The meeting place came forth as a bit weird due to being in a side street near stairs about 5 min walking from the Eifel tower (but legit) Our guide was friendly and had good knowledge about the history of the Eifel tower and made everyone feel welcome on arrival as well as during the tour. Quick access through the gates and almost no waiting time to go up into the tower. Beautiful views from above.

This was actually my second time visiting the Eiffel Tower’s second floor and summit, but experiencing it with a guided group tour was on a completely different level! Our guide was absolutely incredible—highly knowledgeable, professional, and yet so friendly and approachable. They truly went above and beyond, keeping everyone engaged and even taking amazing photos for us throughout the tour. What really set this experience apart was the guide’s unique approach to storytelling. They brought along historical photos of the Eiffel Tower, which was a fantastic way to visualize the history and see how the monument evolved over time. If you think you've seen the Eiffel Tower, think again. A guided tour like this changes everything. It left us with unforgettable memories, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We booked the Eiffel Tower guided tour as the non-guided tickets for pre booking had sold out for the half-term. We were not disappointed. The office meeting place was easy to find and nicely air conditioned. Our guide, Chloé, was there early and she was brilliant. She gave us a detailed explanation of how the tour would take place, where we would need to show tickets and what to do at the different security checkpoints. She guided us smoothly and calmly throughout and engineered some queue avoidance with aplomb. Her knowledge of the tower was excellent and so well delivered. Chloé looked after us wonderfully until she delivered us to the elevator for the top stage, where guides are not allowed. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

This was only booked about half n hour before the tour was due to start as they were not selling Eiffel Tower summit tickets on site. The office for the tour is only a short walk from the tower. After booking in, we were greeted by our guide Sebastian from Argentina. He was very pleasant, friendly and gave us a great insight into the construction of the tower. He then took us to the 2nd floor, avoiding the queues and again gave us great insight. Highly recommended.

It was my sons (6) first experince at the summit. Mine and my mums 2nd time. On the way to and up to 2nd floor, our lovely guide Emily was so friendly and good with the explanations. I had enough time for translation to Turkish for my son. The whole experince was smooth. I am so happy to have had purchased the tour. We were so fast (by skipping the long line). Recommend everyone who has little time in Paris but dreams about Eiffel.

Instructions were easy to understand. Signs were well marked at the Arc. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, from climbing the stairs to the two floors of relics and history. So well done. And interesting. I was with my son and his wife. The most exciting part was being able to view the city, 360 degrees. Being able to view what we had already seen. Thank you for making the Arc a truly memorable experience!

The tour guide, Alexandra (aka Alex) was great. She was very informed and shared information on the Eiffel Tour in a fun, exciting way. The only thing I'd say is maybe if she knew we had the "combo ticket" and could have instructed us what to do next? I looked at my email and did find that we just show up at the Arc de Triomphe but we were a bit confused. The other thing is the (5) tickets were not in my husbands email so we had to contact Headout and have them resend....this held us up and caused confusion as well. That would be all. If I had to do this again, I think I would either do the Eiffel Tour OR the Arc but not both.
