The Seine River cruise was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. The timed ticket let us in at the appropriate time. We arrived and got in line at 11:00 when it opened and got right in to the Arc. We did climb the steps to the upper levels as the instructions to use the elevator were a bit confusing. The displays in the Arc upper floors were interesting and informative. There is a gift shop and toilets available. We took the elevator down. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience.

Good value for money and I enjoyed the route they do. However, I could not hear clearly the announcements they were making to guide us as to what we were seeing and there were some under aged passengers that were really making noise and screaming which made the trip a bit unpleasant and none of the crew members interfered.
