I booked the Palace of Parliament tour as a surprise for my spouse and it turned out to be a really exciting and memorable experience. One thing to know is that we didn’t meet directly in front of the building. We met at an office near the Parliament, where we were welcomed by a super cool lady in a motorcycle jacket, with an actual cool motorcycle there too. She checked our documents, gave us wristbands and then escorted us over to the Parliament. Once inside, another Romanian guide took over for the tour itself. We visited some huge halls, rooms, and corridors, and he shared interesting details about the building and its history. The place is really impressive in person, much bigger than you expect even after seeing photos. The only small thing is that I wish we could have seen even more of the building, because it made me even more curious. Still, it was a memorable visit and definitely worth doing while in Bucharest.

There is an opportunity to visit the main landmark of Bucharest. The tour was very well organized. Clear instructions were provided in advance. I would especially like to mention that the company representative sent very detailed and helpful instructions explaining exactly where the meeting point was and what documents were required — in this case, a passport. Thank you very much for the excellent organization. The guide inside the Parliament was also wonderful and very artistic. He showed us everything, explained things in a very interesting way, made the right jokes, and it was honestly fantastic. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was that we did not have the opportunity to visit the session halls of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. It would have been really interesting to see them, but perhaps this option is available only as part of a longer tour.

Eeasy and fluent pickup. The guide possesses an excellent command of humor and knowledge. An hour was just the right duration because most part of the building is not open for public.

It was a really enjoyable experience; our guide, Claudiu, was top-notch, and the way he presented the information was entertaining and not boring at all. I highly recommend it!

I took part in a tour conducted in English. I understand English, but I would still have preferred a French-speaking guide. I think the tour should be 20–30 minutes longer. I also think it should include not only the Senate and a few other rooms but also the rest of the Parliament building—though that would require adding another hour. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging, and the interaction he encouraged really brought the tour to life since he let us ask questions. I recommend it to anyone curious about architectural marvels.
