Petite anecdote nous lui avons raconté l'historique du fort de la repentance sur l'île de Porquerolles qui a été restauré par un prêtre orthodoxe. Nous pensons qu’elle a beaucoup apprécié ce moment. We booked an outdoor tour of Notre-Dame de Paris led by Martin, and we were thoroughly impressed. Martin was extremely personable and provided us with a wealth of interesting information that never felt boring or overwhelming. His sense of humor was particularly delightful, making the tour very lively and entertaining. He was also very patient and understanding with the group, even when not everyone could pay full attention at times—which wasn’t always easy for us with a small child in tow. Martin also showed us exactly where to line up and even kindly took photos of us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would book again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend Martin; he helped make the tour of Notre-Dame a truly special and unforgettable experience for us.

Our guide, Emma, was truly delightful and very knowledgeable!! We learned so many interesting historical facts... her commentary was always delivered with a smile 😃 and was very interactive... Our little Franco-German granddaughter, when we asked her what she’d learned, said, “I remember that the French cut off heads”—so cute!! 😊 We thought the tour would let us go straight into Notre Dame… but we managed to get in pretty quickly anyway! René is a great guide who knows French history inside out—even though he’s Spanish—and is also an expert on the architecture of Notre-Dame. Plus, on May 23, when it was 30 degrees, he made sure to find the shade of the trees near Notre-Dame. It was 30 degrees.
