These tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

What’s not allowed

• Screenshots or printed vouchers are not accepted for entry.

• Tickets from one booking cannot be used separately.

Accessibility

• Visitors with a disability certificate and one companion can enter free of charge. Proof must be shown at entry.

• Last entry is at 4:30pm; timings may vary on certain days.

• The museum will be closed for maintenance from Oct 1, 2026 to Apr 22, 2027.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
