The prices were fair, the customer service was super fast and very helpful, when we needed help, and it is very easy to navigate the site. And again, if there was a problem with the site, the app or the order, then they are fast at helping with the problem. The trip to skytree was also super amazing!

In almost all cases, the transfer went smoothly. Occasionally—probably due to connection issues with my smartphone—I was unable to check out of the subway zone.
The staff was always helpful and made a real effort to respond in English. I would definitely use this ticket again!

I only did 9 rides with the ticket, unlike previous experience It is now very difficult to find ticketing machine to get the card (previously very easy to locate at big stations like Ueno) I notice that all those previously available machines were covered and declared out of service. I need to go to the station office to convert the card except that the staffs are very friendly. Judging from this I doubt whether it's still beneficial to buy those passes especially when the price have gone up that much.
