The concert exceeded all expectations. Buying tickets was strange at first because you had to download an extra app in which the tickets were stored. But everything went really well. If you are only flying to London for the concert, I would recommend staying close to the venue. We had our hotel in Chelsea, which meant an endless journey through the night by bus and a few changes. But it was definitely worth it!!!

The show was incredible and unique but the experience buying the tickets wasn't great. I bought it in Headout but then I was told I have to download an app called AXS in order to see my tickets. That app wanted to send me a verification code but I never got it. I wrote to both Headout and AXS but neither one helped me. Finally I asked help from a friend who lives in USA and sent her the verification code. I would recommend to buy the ticket direct from the show web site.

Ticketing & service was great. We arrived & found a picnic area right off the entrance. There was bar & restaurant . We were traveling with 5 women so we bought a bottle of wine to share. The server then offered us a 10% discount on another bottle & we proceeded to consume another bottle. Our server was very efficient , happy & polite. The show was great but some were disappointed with it on the screens., however very exciting stage & special effects.

I could collect my tickets through the app, as it does accept Icelandic phonenumbers. I spent whole evening with the support team, who tried to help. I did not manage to receive the tickets through email. In the end they sent me the barcode and it was easy after that, but had taken way to long time and lot of concerns about how to get the tickets. But the Abba Voyage show was absolutely great :-)

A "must" for ABBA fans & anyone interested. The show was simply overwhelming and absolutely impressive. The technology, lighting, sound & the musicians on site are first class and I was "flashed" from the start. The whole environment as well as the organization before and after the show is fun. This set a new level in the concert world. However, it does get very, very loud at times.

Beautiful concert, very emotional, engaging. Immersive music and images. Well organized place, you can see well from any position. No pictures because it is forbidden to film but it is good; it was great to watch the concert without anyone disturbing with cell phones and it should always be like that.

It was an amazing show. I dream about seeing ABBA on stage since my teenage at the end of 70's in France. That's done ! Thanks to ABBA and all the staff that make it possible. Lights, sound, ABBAtars, the after at SnoozeBox hotel nearby the arena, all was perfect. A great moment for me, very emotional.

The chosen seat was great. The location and show were fantastic, absolutely an experience. The live band was also very convincing. One star deduction because you had to queue for a relatively long time for the drinks. It was also not allowed to take photos during the show😓.
