What's not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience, except for assistance dogs.

• Keep in mind food & beverages from outside and alcohol are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the arena.

• Backpacks of any size are not allowed at the arena. No Bags larger than the approved size of 30cm H x 30cm L x 15cm W are allowed.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Professional photography, audio, or video recording are a no-go inside the venue.

• Electronic devices, professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, cans and bottles of any kind, balls, chairs, chains, laser pointers, illuminating objects, and noise-making devices are not allowed.

• Flags, banners, posters, or signs should not be larger than 30cm x 30cm. They must not have a flag pole attached and the content must not be offensive.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.

• Disabled badge holders can park in car park P4, free of charge upon presentation of a valid disabled badge.

• Strollers and prams are not allowed inside the main arena section. They can be checked in and stored outside the arena on the event day.

• Guests under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Your e-tickets will be sent 2 days prior to the event day.

• Display the same on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the venue.

• Please arrive at the venue 30 mins before the scheduled time of your event to avoid any delays.
