A visita aos Museus do Vaticano e à Capela Sistina foi uma das experiências mais marcantes da minha viagem. Fiquei impressionado com a quantidade de obras de arte, esculturas e pinturas, todas muito bem preservadas e cheias de história. Apesar de haver muitos visitantes, foi possível apreciar a beleza dos espaços. O momento mais especial foi entrar na Capela Sistina e ver ao vivo os famosos frescos de Michelangelo. É uma sensação difícil de descrever e muito diferente de os ver apenas em fotografias. Todo o ambiente transmite uma grande importância histórica e cultural. Recomendo esta visita a qualquer pessoa que passe por Roma, pois é um local único que vale realmente a pena conhecer. Além disso, a visita fez-me compreender melhor a importância da arte e da história na cultura europeia, tornando a experiência ainda mais enriquecedora e memorável.

Visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel was one of the highlights of my trip to Rome. I had seen so many photos before, but nothing compares to seeing it all in person. The museums are full of incredible artwork, beautiful halls, and fascinating history around every corner. The Sistine Chapel was the most unforgettable part of the visit. Looking up at Michelangelo's famous ceiling was an amazing experience. It was quite crowded, but everything was well organized. I definitely recommend buying your tickets in advance, especially the fast-track option, because it saves a lot of time and lets you skip the long entrance lines. It made the whole visit much more enjoyable. I would happily visit again.

The guide that took us through the checkpoint and informed us about the process was amazing and that service was worth the money..! We didn't expect the vastness of the museum and the variety of the dispalying artifacts. It was huge and crowded but not disturbingly..Certainly, there is no time to look at everything and sometimes you need to rush in order for the crowd to keep moving... Few places to rest and freshen up. Mesmerizing the pinacoteca and ofcourse the Sixtine Chapel. It would be nice to be formerly advised about the fact that you need ID for the children as well and that you might need to cover up legs and shoulders for the Chapel.

This company looked after us so well. My husband was on crutches and they personally directed us to the wheelchair area and made sure we were sorted before leaving us to tour the area. They were very attentive. The queues were not super large when we got there at 3.30pm but were huge when we came out so we were very happy to have successfully skipped the wait. Yes, the museum was busy, and the wheelchair route to the Sistine chapel, which is what we largely wanted to see, was a backwards route in, but the attendants throughout the museum were brilliant and helpful. We absolutely loved this tour.

The Vatican Museum collection was much larger than anticipated! I recommend doing this as a single event in one day, with a visit to San Pietro's Basilica another day- it's a LOT of walking! The collection begins with some quite breathtaking religious artworks, some dating back to the 1200's (and the preservation of these is quite incredible) but the collection also has Ancient Egyptian artefacts through to works by Henri Matisse. The tour operator was very friendly and patient with our group, I would use HeadOut for future tours.

Hat uns eine über zwei Stündige Wartezeit am Museum in der Prallen Sonne bei 36 Grad erspart, wir hatten vorab keine Tickets weil es ein spontaner Trip nach Rom war. Stattdessen haben wir gemütlich 30 Minuten im Café gegenüber vom Treffpunkt gessessen und dort mit Kühlen Getränken gewartet. Komplikationsloser Ablauf, wir sind rein, haben Anweisungen bekommen und wurden dann von einer Dame als Gruppe ins Museum gebracht. Würde es immer wieder so buchen. Nur zu empfehlen!

One of the most memorable moments from our visit to the Colosseum was standing inside the massive arena and imagining the thousands of people who once filled the seats nearly 2,000 years ago. Seeing the size and complexity of the structure in person was far more impressive than any picture could capture. What stood out most was the contrast between the grandeur of the architecture and the reality of what took place there. O anfitrião é próximo da entrada sem fila dos museus no Vaticano, o local possui máquina de vending, com comida e bebida, banheiro e ventiladores, então estava muito agradável. Andamos 5 minutos e entramos em mfilas rápidas. Foi tudo muito bem intuitivo, mesmo não falando muito bem inglês. Os funcionários faziam gestos que ajudaram muito na orientação. O auge do passeio foi ver a capela Sistina. Lá tem de fazer silêncio e não pode fotografar, tem um código de vestimenta que é levado a sério, podemos ver pessoas sem a vestimenta adequada nos museus, mas na capela sistina são bem rigorosos, da vontade de ficar por horas lá, mas são muitos museus, para todos os tipos de gostos. O corredor antes de chegar a capela Sistina é gigantesco cheio de artes nos tetos e nas paredes, também parece que a quantidade de pessoas vai aumentando conforme se aproxima, como vêem na foto. Realmente maravilhoso!

Es la primera que visito Roma. Todo el grupo había comprado las entradas para el museo del Vaticano con antelación pero yo no porque me uní a ellos más tarde. No sabía qué hacer porque todos íbamos al mismo sitio pero yo tenía que comprarlo esperando una cola impresionante con un calor tremendo. Ahí ví a Headout en internet y me lancé a comprarlo y la.experiencia fue un regalo porque me perdí y el chico de la agencia me llamó y muy amablemente me indicó dónde era el sitio,no tuvimos que esperar cola,tres personas encargadas del grupo y todo fue como la seda. Sinceramente, te salvan la vida en un momento de caos y agobio. Gracias por todo Headout,porque además me habéis regalado un 10% para visitar El Coliseo romano. Of course, one cannot visit the Vatican Museums without seeing the iconic Sistine Chapel. Located at the end of the Vatican Museums and neighboring St. Peter's Basilica, this 15th-century chapel's walls and ceilings are covered by some of the most astounding frescoes ever produced. The ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, painted by Michelangelo in a span of 4 years, is considered to be a cornerstone of western art. The Last Judgement covers the wall behind the altar and is probably the most famous single work of art in the Sistine Chapel. Please note: Entry to the museums is by obligatory online booking.

Colosseum

The Colosseum is believed to have been built as a gift from the ancient emperors to the Roman people. This majestic outdoor amphitheater was once the epicenter for entertainment, hosting public spectacles and games. Quite a bloody past.
