Ticketing process seamless, arrived at venue and went through the safety elements etc..... sadly the event had to be abandoned due to weather changes making a continuation impossible on safety grounds. Whilst the ticket was non refundable I was advised to contact Headout for a refund, which once they had verified the situation they refunded all monies paid. Communication and explanations from them was also excellent. Would I use again....... absolutely.

A truly memorable day with the family filled with laughs and thrills. We will definitely attend again. The process with Headout was seamless and tickets were easy to access through the app.

It was a nice night out beautiful scenery and delicious food and drinks. We came on dusk so got some nice daylight photos and then amazing night light photos.

Had a really great experience at sky point observation deck! The views were absolutely amazing, especially seeing the Gold Coast coastline and all the city from such a high point. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was a great place to take photos and enjoy the view with my wife. Everything was well organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went around sunset, which made the experience even more beautiful. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Gold Coast. Highly recommended! 🌅

We were looked after so well by the girls who briefed us and ensured all safety precautions were taken. They checked all our safety gear several times and made us feel very safe. The walk up was easier than I'd imagined and the view was amazing even though we could see the rain approaching so no sunset. We got the chance to purchase the photos taken by the instructor and we love every part of it. Definitely recommend it.

The whole experience was absolutely fantastic!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, from start to finish you feel taken care of. Walking up and down was so scary and I was holding onto the handrail as hard as I could but the views and the experience itself were more than worth it! I'd definitely do it again

As a older senior with a disability and grandson who has autism along with our carer, we had a most fantastic day at both parks. The staff at the parks were amazing with helping us with the rides and waterpark , the parks were well equipped to help our stay tremendously and lots of fun!!!

Getting started

Arrive at the main entrance of Q1 and present your ticket for validation. After a quick security check, board one of the world’s fastest elevators for a direct ride to the observation deck.

What to expect

Floor-to-ceiling glass panels: Enjoy 360-degree panoramas of the coastline, city, and hinterland.

Interactive touch screens: Spot key landmarks and local highlights, including the famous Surfers Paradise, with easy-to-use digital displays.

SkyPoint Climb: Spot climbers on Australia’s highest external building climb, a thrilling adventure happening outside the deck.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the observation deck.

Tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold to another party or third party for re-sale.

The venue may shift to an 18+ only space at certain times; please check operating hours and age restrictions before your visit.
