Ticketing process seamless, arrived at venue and went through the safety elements etc..... sadly the event had to be abandoned due to weather changes making a continuation impossible on safety grounds.
Whilst the ticket was non refundable I was advised to contact Headout for a refund, which once they had verified the situation they refunded all monies paid.
Communication and explanations from them was also excellent.
Would I use again....... absolutely.

We were looked after so well by the girls who briefed us and ensured all safety precautions were taken. They checked all our safety gear several times and made us feel very safe. The walk up was easier than I'd imagined and the view was amazing even though we could see the rain approaching so no sunset. We got the chance to purchase the photos taken by the instructor and we love every part of it. Definitely recommend it.

The whole experience was absolutely fantastic!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, from start to finish you feel taken care of. Walking up and down was so scary and I was holding onto the handrail as hard as I could but the views and the experience itself were more than worth it! I'd definitely do it again

Your ticket includes a 90-minute guided climb and entry to the SkyPoint Observation Deck. Arrive 15–30 minutes early to check in, get fitted with your climb harness and gear, and meet your expert Climb Leader. All climb wear is provided.
Expert guidance: Your climb leader will guide you safely along purpose-built walkways and stairs, providing instructions and interesting insights along the way.
Sky-high views: Enjoy 360° panoramic views of the Gold Coast coastline, skyline, hinterland, and ocean. Choose the Day Climb for crisp, clear views, or the Twilight Climb to see the city glow as the sun sets.

What to bring
Bring a valid ID for the experience.
Wear fully enclosed, rubber-soled sports or hiking shoes with good support and grip.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for prevailing weather.
What's not allowed
Loose items such as phones, cameras, and Go-Pros are not allowed on the experience. Guests will be provided free lockers to store their belongings in.
Children under 12 and guests above 136kg are not allowed to participate in this experience.
Open toe shoes are not allowed on the climb.
Accessibility
Guests will need a doctor-signed medical clearance form if they’re pregnant up to 20 weeks (21+ weeks not permitted), aged 75 or over, or have any heart or cardiovascular condition (including blood pressure), respiratory condition, back, limb or joint injury, visual or learning impairment, epilepsy, sleep, kidney, neurological, or acute gastrointestinal condition, or any other health issue that could affect your ability to complete the climb independently.
Guests with a life-threatening or debilitating allergy must bring a doctor-signed action plan and an EpiPen. Both must be provided at check-in; otherwise, guests will not be permitted to climb. The EpiPen will be carried by the Climb Leader during the climb.
Guests with diabetes must check their blood glucose level within 15 minutes of the climb. Readings must be between 6 and 15 mmol/dL. Test kits are available at check-in, but guests are encouraged to bring their own. Guests may also bring a glucose supplement, which the Climb Leader will hold until needed.

Climbs depart from Mission Control, located on the street level of Q1, Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise.
Contact SkyPoint Climb to reconfirm the Climb before your visit. Contact details will be provided in the booking voucher.
At check-in for the climb, guests will be breath tested and must record a blood alcohol level below 0.05%; anyone above 0.05% will not be permitted to climb. They’ll also be required to sign a declaration confirming this.
Children aged 12–15 years and over 130 cm tall may climb when accompanied by a full-paying adult (18+), with a maximum of two children per supervising adult.
Guests wearing spectacles or sunglasses will be provided a special lanyard to ensure your glasses remain attached to you at all times.
