Lo mejor fue lo sencillo que fue todo con Headout: compré las entradas en menos de 2 minutos desde la app, el pago fue seguro y la entrada digital funcionó perfecto al presentar el QR en la entrada, sin imprimir nada. El tour está increíblemente organizado, pudimos ver el museo, los trofeos, el campo, vestuarios y la zona presidencial. Todo muy moderno y emocionante, incluso si no eres súper fan del Madrid lo disfrutas al 100%. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar por Headout por la confianza y facilidad. ¡Una visita obligatoria si estás en Madrid!

Our family of 4 thought the tour of the Bernabéu Stadium was excellent. Our guide was Astrid and she was very informative. The ear buds and sound packs were a great idea as we could all hear her and she didn't have to strain her voice shouting at us all. We were very impressed to see the changing rooms and to get pitch-side. Even more impressive to see the actual grass out! It was great to see all the cups and trophies too. Astrid was a lovely guide, friendly, well-informed and her English was good (we booked the English speaking tour). Highly recommend this tour even if you're not that into football.

Domenica 4 ottobre ore 09.30, stadio Bernabeu. Siamo in tre dall'Italia, capiamo solo un po' lo spagnolo ma la nostra guida Martin è stata molto gentile alla mia richiesta di parlare lentamente! Bravissimo e gentilissimo! Posso dire che tutto è stato trattato molto seriamente: tempi, pagamenti e niente code. Solo un suggerimento: il punto d'incontro è segnalato sulla prenotazione ma non è ben visibile, ci vuole un cartello o una bandierina, perché non vedendovi molte persone del gruppo si erano messe in fila all'entrata. Suggerisco HEADOUT!

La visita al estadio fue como lo esperaba muy muy buena ...es el mejor estado del mundo algo que se puede ver x la calidad de las instalaciones el trato recibido y el volumen y afluencia de público . Lo único que trataría de mejorar es que si la gente se llevase una foto de recuerdo obsequio sería total, y os ganariais más si cabe el corazón de los asistentes.

Todo y bien completo. El tour muy bien organizado, te permite ver el museo y el estadio. El estadio es espectacular, limpio, amigable, con tecnología de primera. Digan lo que digan allí están las 15 orejonas. Tuve la oportunidad de hacer los dos tours, el de Camp Nou y el Bernabéu, me gustó más el de ustedes, pero en ambos me emocioné

El recorrido es buenísimo porque recorres todo el estadio. Mecgusto mucho la sala de trofeos y estar a vel de cancha. Almudena sabe mucho y eso hace que la experiencia sea mejor. Gracias Almudena.

Getting started

Arrive at the designated meeting point near the main entrance, where your ticket will be validated. Security checks are mandatory before you proceed to the museum and stadium. The staff will provide directions, and you must follow Real Madrid C.F. guidelines throughout your visit.

Opened in 1947, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is the legendary home of Real Madrid C.F., one of the world’s most successful football clubs. The stadium and its museum celebrate decades of football history, iconic matches, and the club’s global achievements, all evident in its architecture and the artefacts & memorabilia at the museum.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.

On match days and the day before, the locker rooms and benches may be inaccessible due to pre-match preparations.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

If you choose the upgrade, keep in mind that the tour will be monolingual—make sure you choose a tour in the right language!

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
