Hola! Nos enviaron QR pero costaba mucho descargar los tickets entrada y los de información y turismo no sabian ayudarnos. Fué un poco desesperante hasta que si pude acceder, y poder ir a visitar todo. No hace falta comprar anticipadamente.

With the standard entry to Prague Castle (officially known as the Main Circuit), you have full access to the interior of the four most important historical monuments of the complex: St. Vitus Cathedral: The iconic Gothic cathedral where you will see the royal tombs and spectacular stained glass windows. Old Royal Palace: Residence of the former kings of Bohemia, which includes the imposing Vladislav Hall. St. George's Basilica: An ancient and well-preserved Romanesque church from the year 920. Golden Lane: The famous street of colorful medieval houses where Franz Kafka lived.

The tour was fantastic! Even with an intense heatwave, our guide, Peter, managed to make the visit both incredibly fun and extremely informative. There wasn’t a single dull or slow moment. Another really interesting detail was that this same Peter was one of the guides who toured Prague with Dan Brown while he was writing Secret of Secrets. As for the company itself, I also really appreciated the fact that they took the time to contact us to confirm whether we were still coming, since it was getting close to the start time and we still hadn’t reached the meeting point.

The tour of St Vitus was very informative. Unfortunately we missed the start of the tour. We assumed that the Prague Castle tour would start at the Prague Castle, unfortunately for us that's not the case! Had we read the directions we'd have seen that it starts at the Charles Bridge. One recommendation would be in the confirmation to highlight that the meeting point is Not The Castle. It sounds as though we weren't the first to experience this. The tour company did a good job reconnecting us with the group.

Nada más llegar al punto de encuentro nos atendieron y nos dieron las entradas y un mapa de la zona, además de hacernos una introducción de los edificios y de su historia. Después la audioguía está bien hecha y te explica cosas muy interesantes de los diferentes sitios, te ubicas bien y en todo momento sabes a dónde ir. Totalmente recomendable.

Prague castle is a great tour well worth a visit. The lady in the ticket office at the castle is extremely rude and unhelpful. I bought the tickets online but couldn't download them. I went to the ticket office for help and was basically told to get out and ask somebody else for help.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (as per option selected, from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.
