As always, Opera Sydney functions like a Swiss clock - perfection. I did not know a lot about the show and I was totally positively surprised how good the singing and the performance were. Choreographie was minimalistic, but very adequate. I did not quite get some of the costumes although.

Fabulous show. Staging was excellent. The fact that they were able to move elements to make the different scenery was well thought out. The cast were impeccable. Incredible singing of songs which enhanced the story telling. An absolute 10/10 show.

The stage set, singing and dancing. Sydney Harbour and the city skyline provided the perfect backdrop for a show that is about acceptance and struggling to make ends meet in a busy city.

the singing and acting were so on-point, the stage design and the lighting design evoked the grimness and the hope that was the 1980s for NYC.
