Matthias Church Entry Tickets

What to bring

• Valid ticket: Bring your valid, non-refundable ticket and keep the receipt or invoice until you leave.

• Appropriate clothing: Shoulders and cleavage must be covered, while skirts or pants should extend to the knees or lower. Men should wear a short- or long-sleeved shirt with pants extending to the knees or lower.

• Guide dogs: If you require a guide dog, bring its valid, numbered identification certificate.

What's not allowed

• Prohibited objects: Weapons, sharp objects, pyrotechnics, fire, and other objects or devices that may cause an accident or alarm are prohibited.

• Food, drink & smoking: Alcohol, intoxicating substances, smoking, eating, and littering are not permitted inside the Church. Smoking is also prohibited within 5 metres of the entrances.

• Animals: Animals are not allowed, except certified guide dogs.

• Restricted areas: Do not cross barriers, enter closed areas, or touch restricted objects.

• Visitor conduct: Follow staff instructions and the designated visitor routes at all times.

Additional information

• Single entry: Your ticket permits a single entry. If you leave, re-entry is not permitted.

• Children: Children under 6 enter free.

• Photography & filming: Photography or filming undertaken specifically for shooting purposes requires advance permission and a signed agreement.

• Religious services: Religious services take priority over tourism, and visiting hours or entry rules may change.

• Emergencies: In an emergency, follow staff instructions.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
