In terms of facilities, accessibility made maneuvering with a wheelchair seamless. The cool comfortable atmosphere onboard was a welcome reprieve from the heat during the midst of a heat wave. The narration was clear and gave helpful insights on each site. Most of all the sites along the tour were amazing. I would most definitely recommend that anyone visiting Paris takes this tour. It is one of the best ways to explore Paris.

A huge thank you to Headout! There were no tickets available for our date on the official Louvre website, and we were very disappointed because visiting the museum was one of the highlights of our trip. I decided to try Headout, and it was the best decision. The booking process was quick and easy, and within about 20 minutes I received my tickets by email. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no problems entering the museum. Most importantly, thanks to Headout, my daughter’s dream came true. Booking the tickets with Headout went smooth and without a hitch. Thank you. The line outside the Louvre went through rather fast. My daughter and I enjoyed our time in the Louvre. Because you can spend a long time at the museum, it was good to come across bathrooms 🚻 and a place with food and drink. My feelings are mixed. I did enjoy the bus tour itself and it met my expectations - I saw everything that I wanted to see. However, the process of my getting there was highly flawed and does need your attention. It literally took me hours to find the Big Bus stop so that I could begin my tour. Yes...you gave me the general area, but not the precise address of the stop (by 'stop' I mean the Hop On location). I can appreciate that this is not necessarily an issue in a smaller market, such as Edinburgh, but in a large and somewhat hectic city like Paris or London it's a must. For your information! This must be improved!

Teníamos la entrada al Louvre a las 09.30, hemos llegado 15 minutos antes de la hora.Hemos accedido por el Carrusel había bastante cola de personas esperando pasar el control de seguridad, hemos tardado 20-25 minutos en entrar.El louvre es increíblemente gigante hemos visitados 3 plantas de las 5.Hay una gran cantidad de gente visitandolo desde muy temprano.La visita ha sido por nuestra cuenta.
