The story

There’s been a murder at a country estate, and Inspector Carter is on the case. But with the Cornley Drama Society in charge, solving the crime is the least of their worries. Props malfunction, doors won’t open, actors miss cues, and one even gets stuck in a grandfather clock. The cast desperately tries to hold the show together through all the chaos, resulting in relentless, side-splitting comedy. Will they make it to the curtain call? Probably. Will anything else survive?

Hilarious. LOL. In the moment and when remembering it afterwards... Would highly recommend for an entertaining evening. Fun for all the family. Thumbs up all round! 👍👍👍

We had seen a short clip of this play on FB and had high expectations that it would be a fun play to see. Our expectations were blown away with the constant laughing at the brilliant actors and sheer chaotic performances of all those involved. Cannot recommend this play more highly. If you want a laugh, go see it! Just make sure you pee first!

Very funny, silly, slap-stick and well acted! We laughed throughout the play. If you like serious drama, you might not like this one. But it's a safe bet for the entire family. We enjoyed watching kids laugh who were seated around us.

I love how the cast began interacting with the audience prior to the beginning of the play. Tonight an understudy was performing the role for the first time and did a fantastic job. The entire play was full of side splitting humor.

I found the theaters seating fantastic - it did not appear there was a bad seat in the house. The collapsing floor was quite an entertaining prop and the slapstick comedy was funny. Overall an enjoyable performance.

i'm a fan of silliness in the Monty Python style, and this show delivered in spades. i was certain the whole set would have to collapse before it ended, and i was on the mark. lots of belly laughs, a bit long
