I didn't manage to experience this show with the tickets I purchased with headout because I didn't receive the tickets even though the money was taken from my cc account. Totally disappointed and worried about the amount of money I've lost. I won't be using your company again to purchase theatre tickets. They were no help what so ever when i queried the fact I hadn't received the tickets and refused to refund my money. How many other people have you done this to before. And then have the audasity to send me an email to submit a review. Unbelievable!

What an incredible show! I’m still completely overwhelmed. The actors were absolutely fantastic — every scene was pure delight. But the real miracle happened at the end: Sir Elton John himself was at the performance, and he closed the show with words of gratitude. I will remember that moment for the rest of my life! I bought the tickets on the website easily and without any problems — a special thank-you to the theatre for that. I’m taking this feeling of celebration back home with me to Uzbekistan, to Tashkent. London has given me pure magic.

The atmosphere in the theatre was electric from the moment the lights went down — slick, stylish, and buzzing with anticipation, perfectly mirroring the fashion-world intensity of the story. The performances were uniformly strong, with the cast bringing real energy and emotional depth to what could easily have been a glossy spectacle. Vanessa Williams commanded the stage with effortless authority, while the supporting cast added warmth, humour, and heart. One moment that truly wowed me was Nigel’s song about being gay. It was unexpectedly moving — honest, vulnerable, and beautifully delivered — giving the character a depth that landed powerfully with the audience and earned one of the biggest reactions of the night. And of course, the runway show was a showstopper: a visual feast of fast-paced costume changes, bold choreography, and high-fashion drama that brought the magic of the magazine world thrillingly to life.

Tutte le attrici e gli attori sono bravissimi, con interpretazioni carismatiche e voci potenti che emozionano e divertono. La protagonista incarna alla perfezione l'ambizione e lo spirito della giovane Andy, mentre Miranda Priestly regna sovrana con un carisma diabolico. The music is great, the story closely follows the movie and the performances were outstanding! The first act was a bit higher energy than the second, but still overall, a very enjoyable musical. One of the better ones i have seen. Plus the theatre was easy to navigate and the chairs relatively comfortable, especially compared to other West End theatres.

The atmosphere was amazing! Staff were very attentive and friendly helping us locate our seats. The production was simply outstanding from the set to the amazing performers everyone that helps make the show fab should be proud of themselves! Never been speechless before and this show definitely left me speechless!
