I got engaged at the London Eye on the 4th of July, and it was truly a moment I’ll never forget. The views were absolutely amazing and made the occasion even more special. A huge thank you to Chloe, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She kindly took a video of the proposal as I got down on one knee, capturing such a precious memory that we’ll treasure forever. Thank you so much to Chloe and all the wonderful staff for helping make our engagement so perfect. It was an unforgettable experience!

What a wonderful experience! Only four other couples joined our group. The guides give a lot of local information as the wheel moves. It's only a single glass of champagne so don't get too excited, but it was definitely a memorable experience!

Our host was Chloe, wish was excellent , knowledgeable and happy to help. Really enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend after the experience go to the Eye lounge for drinks

We had lovely welcome from the London Eye Team. The VIP lounge was lovely. Our hosts Owen and Antheny were lovely as well as knowledgeable. Fantastic all round.

Getting started

Arrive at the London Eye’s main entrance and proceed to the fast-track lane for ticket validation and a brief security check. Staff will guide you to your designated pod, where your premium experience begins.

What to expect

London Eye

Step into one of the London Eye’s 32 enclosed pods for a 30-min rotation, offering 360° views from the heart of the city. Opened in 2000, the London Eye stands as one of the UK’s most visited landmarks and a modern symbol of London’s skyline.

Fast-track entry: Skip the regular queues with priority boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to your experience.

Iconic city views: Spot landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and, on clear days, Windsor Castle—each visible from the Eye’s highest point.

Spacious pod: Each pod is designed for comfort and visibility, allowing you to move freely and capture memorable photos throughout the rotation.

What’s not allowed

Sharp metallic tools or objects, alcohol, drones, large suitcases, bags, or rucksacks, smoke bombs, fireworks, glass bottles, illegal substances, rollerblades, scooters, e-scooters, skateboards, tripods, motorcycle helmets, hot foods are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
