The BigBusTours was great, the commentary was spot on and very interesting. The bus frequency was good despite the slow heavy London traffic. The ability to choose one's group time on the London eye worked well and overall the use of the tickets w as effucent and very convenient

Ok first of all this was so easy to manage and use. You just download all the apps that they recommend and you are set to go on your adventures. You just show them the code of your ticket and you go on your ride. The London Eye was so amazing. It was to fast for me😂 I really don't think it was a 30 minute ride. The wait was so short. I guess we went on a good day. I was there on Monday February 16th at 1:20, our time reservation was at 1pm. But they let us in, they just scanned our ticket. Hop on, hop off bus was good and easy to find and use with their app. We didn't time out adventures correctly so we missed the walking tour😭 but we did the river cruise and it was amazing. Me and my boyfriend do 100% recommend this ticket purchase site. I will be using it soon, once again.

The river cruise in particular was a highlight for our group, with a great guide and easy trip! The buses were quite warm, with no A/C and lots of traffic leading to no airflow, so we actually got off and walked rather than ride it all the way to our destination.
