Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis – absolut empfehlenswert! Der Besuch der Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios war einfach beeindruckend! Wir waren ganze vier Stunden dort und hatten das Gefühl, es sei gerade einmal eine Stunde vergangen. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug! Es gab unglaublich viel zu entdecken und zu bestaunen. Die Ausstellung ist riesig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bietet zahlreiche interaktive Erlebnisse. Es war von Anfang bis Ende spannend und zu keinem Zeitpunkt langweilig. Wir hätten problemlos noch länger bleiben können! Leider blieb uns am Schluss kaum noch Zeit, um gemütlich durch den grossen Shop zu stöbern. Wir mussten uns richtig beeilen, damit wir unseren Bus nicht verpassten. Am liebsten hätten wir auch dort noch viel mehr Zeit verbracht. Auch die Hin- und Rückfahrt war sehr angenehm. Die ruhige und gemütliche Busfahrt bot eine willkommene Gelegenheit, die Beine nach dem vielen Herumlaufen etwas auszuruhen. Ein rundum fantastisches Erlebnis, das wir jederzeit wiederholen würden! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Tour in den Universal Studios ist gut. Die Organisation bei Golden Tours ist nicht gut. Der Mitarbeiter scannt die Tickets und gibt Bänder aus für dir Rückfahrt. Man wird auf dem Gehweg "geparkt. Es gibt keine Info wann der Bus kommt. Dann werden die Vornamen der Buchenden gerufen. Unser Mitarbeiter "Faruk" hatte große Probleme die Namen auszusprechen. Es war auch schwer ihn zu Verstehen weil permanent Gehupt wurde von den Autos und Taxis. Die Baustelle mit Presslufthammer war ebenfalls sehr störend. Wenn man Nachfragt hat wurden man angeranzt das er den Namen bereits aufgerufen hatte. Jeder Gast war bei ihm. Er hat den QR Code gescannt. Warum gibt er die Karten nicht aus wenn er die Gäste vor sich hat??? Unser Bus war 30 Minuten verspätet auf beiden Strecken. Die Mitarbeiter von Golden Tours waren am Bahnhof Kings Cross und bei den Universal Studios sehr unfreundlich. Man kam sich vor wie der Arsch vom Dienst und nicht wie ein zahlender Kunde! Zusammenfassung: Universal Studios war super. GoldenTours war Beschissen!

Absolutely loved the tour but the bus ride from London was so long , I never knew it was that long . Also we were on the last bus which said was dropping us off at the pick up point in Victoria station and the driver drove to Watford which was unbelievable as we had to then proceeded to buy train tickets and my son who has asbergas and was about to have a meltdown with it being late , dark and crowded I also had my 10year old nephew with us . Driver never informed us that Watford was the last stop when entering the bus and his attitude was ntvery professional , which made our experience a bit unpleasant. Please can I have a update on this email Regards Tracy

Journée top très bien organisée du point de départ de ramassage du bus à Baker street à l arrivée sur le site. Arrivee sur place file d attente fluide d environ 10 mn et c est parti pour une journée inoubliable. Le bus nous récupère à la sortie et le retour est simple et rapide Aucune appréhension le temps global de l excursion est parfait 4h sur place est largement suffisant pour visiter tranquillement manger à midi rapidement et prendre une bonne pause avant de repartir et profiter calmement de l immense boutique de souvenirs. Aucun stree

My mom visited me in London, we both love Harry Potter, so we decided to do the tour and I am so glad we did it was wonderful and we were in awe at the sheer amount of effort that was put into making the Harry Potter movies. Booking through Headout made it all that much better, because the bus transfers too and from London are extremely effortless and easy as appose to most people who have to drive there, or take a series of busses. I am so glad we went and I would say it is also worth the price!

Har använt mig av Headout tidigare. Väldigt smidigt när man är ute och reser, lätt att hitta saker att göra beroende på vilka man är ute och reser med. Nu reste jag med min son som fyllde 13 år. Vi båda älskar Harry Potter så det här var ett självklart val. Allt gick väldigt smidigt, personalen på plats var väldigt hjälpsamma. All information fanns med bokningen och biljetterna. Upplevelsen i säg var fantastisk, är så glad att vi fick uppleva en dag på Harry Potter, WB studios.

Super expérience via Headouts, en difficulté pour trouver une date qui correspondait à mon voyage je suis passée par vous et n'ait pas été déçue une seule seconde ! Le transport permet de faciliter le trajet car le studio ne se trouve pas à côté ! Le créneau est suffisamment long pour tout voir et se laisser tenter par quelques boutiques ! Merci beaucoup !

El transporte de ida muy bien, fue fácil y cómodo, las 4 horas para la visita me pareció poco tiempo para disfrutar de las instalaciones y todos los detalles, de hecho nos despistamos con la hora y perdimos el bus de vuelta. Sería conveniente recibir algún aviso en caso de despiste y tener la posibilidad de algún transporte alternativo.

The journey from Victoria Coach Station to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London takes approximately 1 to 1½ hours, depending on traffic.

You will spend up to 4 hours inside the Studio Tour.

The return journey to London takes roughly 1 to 1½ hours.

Factor in at least 7 hours for the entire experience, including round-trip transfers.

Select the correct ticket type at booking, as changes cannot be made on the day, and incorrect ticket types may result in refused travel.

Please arrive at your departure point at least 15 mins before your scheduled departure.

The banquet in the Great Hall is a display only and not for consumption.
