Une expérience géniale du début à la fin ! L’achat des billets en ligne a été rapide et simple, et l’admission sur place s’est faite sans aucune attente grâce au billet mobile. La vue depuis le sommet de la tour de Kuala Lumpur est à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil quand la ville s’illumine peu à peu. Le personnel était accueillant et les indications claires facilitaient bien la visite. Je recommande vivement à quiconque visite Kuala Lumpur !

How quick and easy it was too access and how fast the tickets got sent to us. The showing of the different prices when looking at the diffrent days was also very helpful

Der Buchungsprozess war sehr einfach. Die schriftliche Bestätigung kam promt und auch heute bei der Einlösung des Kombitickets funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Ich hatte die Petronas Tower's um 10.30 Uhr a.m. gebucht und es war sehr leer...sprich man hatte sehr viel Platz,Ruhe für die Besichtigung und KEIN Gedränge um die besten Fotoplätze zb. Den KL Tower habe ich dann zur Dämmerung aufgesucht. Auch kein Gedränge,aber voller als bei den Zwillingstürmen morgens. Trotzdem ist die Zeit der Dämmerung top....wenn die Sonne langsam untergeht und gleichzeitig die Lichter nach und nach angehen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which was the most impotany factor in making happy memories for visitors. The crowd size was well managed, not overcrowded. We were given enough time to walk on the skybridge, enjoy the view of the beautiful city and finding the landmarks. Highly recommended.

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
