We especially loved the video about the 'almost failure' of the Apollo Mission when the communication was interrupted due to computer issues. My husband and I were weeping with memories, as well as compassion for all of those who had put so much energy into this mission. Our little granddaughter loved the simulators, especially. And the gorgeous displays, especially the HUGE rockets hanging above our heads. We're so grateful to everyone who has worked so hard to build this beautiful tribute to the past missions and continue to move forward with amazing technology and research. Thank you!

Walk in the footsteps of astronauts at the Heroes & Legends and Race to the Moon zones, stand beneath the massive Saturn V rocket, explore the Space Shuttle Atlantis, and even touch genuine moon fragments.

Hop aboard the KSC bus to view the immense Vehicle Assembly Building, and spend time exploring over 60 interactive exhibits and attractions, with hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity in young explorers.

Upgrade to include the Chat With an Astronaut experience or the Explore Tour, which provides guided access to restricted areas like launch pads and assembly facilities. You also have the option to upgrade to a 2-day admission.

We absolutely loved Kennedy Space center experience. Spending 2 days really was not enough , so much things to see .We loved all documentary and exhibits, Atlantis , Apollo sites . Took trips to Mars , Universe - it was very exciting. Unfortunately was able to to take bus tour to one stop , other was not available that day and no one told about in the morning, we could plan our day a bit differently.Need to take another trip . Thank you !

Spending the time with my 22 year old son and learning more about our space program and exploration was amazing. Fantastic and informative exhibits and displays. I spent a little too much in the gift shops but loved meeting and getting autograph from a honest to goodness astronaut. Would highly recommend, as good a time as Disneyworld.

Our guide Julia was so pleasant and shared so much information! The entire space center was so fascinating and eye opening on our country's adventures into the unknown. Well worth the trip for any space enthusiast!

Getting started

Enter through the main visitor complex entrance. Have your ticket ready for scanning and keep a valid photo ID handy. Security screening includes a bag check and metal detectors.

Additional information

The newest attraction at Kennedy Space Center, the Gantry at LC-39, is now open for access with your general admission tickets.

The last bus tour runs at 2:30pm.

The ticket cannot be used on BLACKOUT Dates for Kennedy Space Center, such as Delta Heavy Rocket Launches.

Note: The Educator Study Pass offers K-12 teachers throughout the USA, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands complimentary access to the visitor complex. To receive the pass, active teachers are required to bring one of the following items to Will Call, located at the entrance of the visitor complex.

An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A badge with a photo that shows the title Teacher or Educator for K-12.

A letter on school letterhead, dated and signed by the principal, listing the name(s) of the teachers and stating that they are educators at the school.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
