I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Frood and Bonnie from Gray Line Orlando, who assisted us on bus 141. They were both very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire tour. Their punctuality, helpfulness, and friendly attitude made our experience much more enjoyable and comfortable. We especially appreciated the care they showed us and the way they paid attention to every detail. Their outstanding service truly contributed to making our tour a wonderful experience. Prepare yourself to experience something approximately 300% more interesting than you predict it will be. There is so much to see, touch, climb on, listen to, learn from, and just walk around being amazed. We wished we would have planned for 2 days there to see everything. The first things we see led to the next 10 things. We opted in for the Chat with an Astronaut which was a highlight of our entire trip which included Universal Studios! Kathryn Thornton is a national treasure and gave an impressive talk. A big plus is that the snacks served were spectacular as well. We still talk about the banana pudding. Thank you Kennedy Space Center for being the highlight of our trip. Being back home, the Universal days are fading to memory but the Kennedy day is still talked about! Truly an amazing place.

I can truly say that the Atlantis reveal in the theater and walking up close was breathtaking! I cannot wait to bring my family and let them experience the wonders of science, exploration, and discovery for themselves. Everyone was wonderfully helpful and I left with many unbelievable memories.

The guide was very informative; unfortunately, the KSC doesn't allow private tour guides, but he gave us all the information that we needed to have. We had a good experience, and the service was great.

What to bring

Bring a camera to capture all of the amazing sights.

Visitors may bring backpacks and soft-sided coolers into the visitor complex. Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted. Beer is for sale at select locations and no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Additional information

With your general admission tickets, you can visit the Gantry at LC-39, the newest addition to Kennedy Space Center.

For security, all bags are subject to search.

If your scheduled tour date becomes a rocket launch, please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (launch dependent).

Your guide/driver will assist with transportation but won't accompany you inside the Visitor Complex.

The Holidays in Space show takes place nightly at 6:50pm from December 21-30 (excluding Christmas Day) at the Rocket Garden.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up.

If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.

Wait outside the pick-up point as the guides will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.
