I thought our guide Kandace was fantastic. She pointied out details on buildings, told stories about the cities history, and brought the fun to the ride. We did the 10am tour and circled the city before deciding what areas to explore. It was a great value and I would encourage anyone interested in learning about all the cool features Chicago has to take the ride. It did not dissapoint.

This experience was amazing it was our first time using it and it is the best option to check out the city of chicago with out the hustle of the traffic my family and I enjoyed every second of it and is easy-to-use once you download the app you can see where the next bus is so you dont wait long time on the bus stop we are most definitely going back.

Most of the Hop On Hop Off buses we have been on before had a poor sounding headset. The sound was crystal and easy to adjust the volume on the Big Bus in Chicago.

The bus pick up locations and rip off locations made it easy to see some of the most popular sites or museums in Chicago. With all of the downtown traffic, this was convenient. Also, the bus drivers were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and help us navigate the city seeing our priorities.

The tour guide driver who dropped me off Navy Pier today around 4pm was excellent. I think her name was Clarissa? Or something like it. Her enthusiastic sharing of historical information about many Chicago landmarks and events was outstanding.!!! Please give her a bonus or a raise in pay; she is a credit to your company.
