What to bring

• Carry your valid passport along with any necessary travel permits or documents required for boarding and immigration checks.

What’s not allowed

• Items classified as hazardous, restricted, or dangerous are not permitted in either carry-on or checked bags.

• Animals are not allowed onboard, with the exception of certified service animals.

Accessibility

• The ferries can accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Travelers needing special assistance are encouraged to notify staff ahead of time.

• Accessible washrooms and facilities are also provided at both terminals.

Additional information

• Plan to arrive 30–45 minutes prior to departure to allow time for ticketing and immigration clearance.

• Checked baggage must be reserved by 4:00 PM on the day before travel and is subject to space limits.

• Baggage charges are payable in cash (HKD in Hong Kong, HKD or MOP in Macau).

• Each guest may check in one bag weighing up to 20 kg, provided space is available and conditions are met.
